Good range of products in the Computer Section, it was just a pity that there was no staff around to talk to about purchasing a product from the store. I ended up giving up and walked out and went to a different store and received help straight away and was able to buy what I needed.

I love this cafe...your cook is great with pastry :) I'd like the flat white coffee topped up with milk instead of foam though. Thanks.

This review goes for the entire franchise. While the stores are large and generally offer a wide range of furniture and electronics my report every time I go there is always the same. The staff are for the most part always incredibly pushy (particularly in the electronics sections) and unlike other stores such as JB Hi-Fi will give bad advice and recommend things they wouldn't buy themselves. This goes to show a huge amount about the franchises morals as what I have just talked about is present at every Harvey Norman store. Some staff will help but for the most part service is the same. If you disagree with this review I will try to explain to you that this is an illusion. You may think everything is brilliant but you have been fooled. Everything I have talked about goes towards showing an overall moral of the franchise which is quite disappointing. On top of that compared to other stores prices are almost always marked up considerably and unless there is a very particular item you want or there is a fantastic sale on I would recommend trying other places for electronics first. On the furniture side of things they are no where near as bad so just buy on price. The photocentre is also excellent and the place to order photos.

Took over half an hour to get served. Then the sales person was not even a little helpful. I had to google information on the product.
