::Was conned into a flexi rent agreement for our companies computers, with a great story of how it was good for tax....it's NOT! The laptop we were sold is hopeless, very slow and now in getting work done on it by computer repair people to bring it up to speed. The old computer that they were transferring data from, it took them 6 weeks to get it done, with excuses the entire time as to why it was taking so long. We were also fed a BS story about accidental damage to our computer gear, and that it would be replaced. The company that handle those enquiries deny they replace damaged computer gear. The sales people here will tell you anything to get your money. First and last time we will ever shop in this store

::Terrible service. They cropped my photos and blamed the ratios rather than give me a refund for their shoddy work. Tech experts who can’t even operate a printer. What a joke.

::This is the worst Harvey Norman store in Australia. The customer service is so bad you can not believe it. I've needed to go there due to its location several times over the past year. No one helps you, there is no one to talk too. If you ask someone they tell you it's not there department they can't help. They don't have anything in stock despite what they say online. But it's the customer service. They will let you wait, wonder around for ages & walk out without even caring you were there. I know lots of people who have the same experience with this store. It's beyond words. I'm glad they can afford to let customers walk out because they are just so busy it doesn't matter. They don't need your money.

::Purchased a new fridge, washing machine, dryer and bar fridge. Sales person assured everything would be installed-delivery men just dumped everything for me to do!! Currently the fridge is in a box so I have to unpackage and lift the fridge myself!! Shocking!

::What an absolutely joke this place is. The whole culture of the store is poor. The product selection is limited, the customer service is bad, and the attitude of staff is negative. One time I was there an elderly gentleman actually turned to me for help, as he said he'd been there for an hour and no one had offered him any assistance. After helping him with what I could I told him to go to the Bundall store as they actually have staff and stock there. It's a pity for me because this store is much closer to where I live, but I would much prefer to travel to Bundall through the traffic and the people, to receive a respectable level of service.
