  We recently bought a TV (not from Harvey Norman) but needed a sound bar. We met Dillon, in the TV department an amazing young man. We purchased the sound bar and sub woofer took it home and could not get it to work, received great help over the ph still no good. We took it back the next day and Dillon set about sorting it out, it was rather a mystery. He looked up our TV on line to check its inputs, outputs etc and we found we needed another lead, he reduced the price on this for us and away we went. He told us to take the system back if it still didnt work and he would find something that did. An amazing young man with great customer service something you do not get from the other stores in Cairns. HIGHLY recommend Dillon and his team for all hour hone theatre requirements.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

  Best service and customer care with friendly staff that know what they are talking about. Sheree in furniture and Marty in electrical are fantastic and honest salespeople. I will be doing all my future shopping with these guys they were great :-)

  I bought a Fitbit Ionic about a month ago. Seeing that I’m an out doors sort of person I was in the market for a health tracker watch with gps. Reading on the Harvey Norman website, I came across the Fitbit ionic and the description made by Harvey Norman describing it as “damage resistant screen” gorilla glass, which one could assume it would hold up to a light touch on a painted surface of a swimming pool. NOT SO. I even opted for the extended product care offered by Harvey Norman. Went into this store.... explained the case. Was flat out refused a replacement even with product care. He salesman explained that I had to wait another 11 months before Harvey Norman would consider a replacement. Will be contacting head office. Inaccurate advertising. UPDATE: Visited my usual Harvey Norman store back in Moore Park. Explained the situation. With No questions asked, they exchanged my fit bit for a brand new one, and my Customer care warranty starts again. Cheers Moore Park. That Cairns Store doesn’t know what they are talking about.

  Making an order online for delivery to the store, i was continuously given the wrong information on when i could expect it to arrive. I was never pro actively contacted if the order didn't meet their estimate. The third time i called they refused to even give me an ETA.

  Great place to shop for everything. Toilets just at side of building, no shop for a cup of coffee or tea. Shop is well set out and staff are very pleasant all the time. Possibly this time of the year they need a bigger workforce but otherwise ok. We have bought most of our lounge room furniture from here regards Gardy
