::Young man in the photographic section was so helpful. He spent a lot of time on-line looking at the differences between camera lenses for us comparing makes models and prices. Nothing was too much trouble.

::Was there yesterday at around 4:20pm wanted to buy a v10 vacuum and walk out, there were 3 reps serving one customer who walked in with a broken dyson after his purchase and 1 girl who stood 2 meter away from me watching, I went through every vacuum isle and nobody bother to even acknowledge, so it was an easy decision for me to walk out and buy it from The Good Guys... Lol customer service these days.... Humans appearance is more important than the Human itself.

::Quite pricey for furniture but bedding section is good. Edit: went today and salespeople just walking around or behind a computer not willing to help at all. When approached not friendly and didn't seem to know their mattresses at all. Have changed my mind about this bedding section.

::This is a huge Harvey Norman store with a lot of stock. They keep a lot of stock and options on the floor, which is great, but a little overwhelming in some places. Staff are friendly and attentive. Furniture, appliances and all that you can expect from Harvey Norman under one large roof. Great location. Not a lot of parking, but if it is full, you can bet that there will be a lot of customers inside too.

::Very helpful sales personnel. Everyone was quick to ask if we needed any help. Bought a few goods and was given a discount too. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that after we asked questions about products and browsed around we went to the register and all of a sudden all the helpful people were gone. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come check us out.
