::Only two staff on. Waited for 20 min for service. Had to go up to someone and ask. When I was at Corio last week it was the exact opposite. 4 staff and they all approached me at some point.....

::Customer service. What customer service? Went to Harvey Norman Waurn Ponds today 30/12/17 to buy a front loader washing machine. Found the one I was interested in and finally a salesman asked was I right. The only information he offered up was most machines are the same and that they only had 4 in stock and with that just walked off to lean against another machine and look at his phone. He wasn't interested in selling me a machine so I just walked out without buying one. This guy needs to remember without customers and sales he wouldn't have a job. Not happy
