  I bought a faulty dashcam from this store - they find it's faulty yet still request a $25 courier fee to return the damned thing. Too bad that I live nearly 300klms away and had to drive there to return it - the petrol was more than $25 for me!!!!! Never purchase from them again.

  Bad service, couldn't locate a receipt on their system so we lose $139 and got to keep our printer ink as it was thrown at the Tech. Both my wife and I remember buying it from this store. We were there to by a couch, we travelled from Moranbah to purchase it. After this we went and shopped at Struthers ,I spent over $6000 and from now on none of us shop at Harvey Norman . Over 18 years we have purchased nearly all our furniture from them. it's not the money ,it is the principal.

  Have received the best service ever since new franchise owner took over this year. We've had great service great prices and great range of products. We've been back multiple times and bought items and will continue to. Great team and great welcoming atmosphere.
