Come prepared to bargain with these blokes. They definitely have room to move! The fridge guy matched a price for a goodguys fridge for me online. This was however only after I showed the fella the pricing of the fridge/free delivery online and having already been told I was previously getting the best price. Relatively good range of products across the store The friendliness of the staff is not anything outstanding but definitely not rude. (having said that the, I'd think MR Harvey would expect more from this team)

Attentive staff williness to understand your technology needs and knowledge of goods and they actually knew alot about the products and there were alot of electrical gadgets thete that you dont see in othet stores. They are stocking alot of things that others, stores,no longer bother with.At Harvey they seemed to give a dam..Definitely old fashioned customer service was working here .

I agree with everything the above comments said how bad the customer service was about the appliance area. Poor attitude, minimum knowledge. I think if the staffs can invest a good four hours to learn about their job, things will be very different. But there are other great sales at other areas such as the TV area.

I really would like to help Gerry but the staff here is terrible - at the fans/small appliances areas (three letter first name starting with I** - yep..you). Perhaps be a little less condescending and arrogant. The staff at the computer section were nicer to deal with.

Bought a few things at this city store. Generally they are pretty good and friendly, but a few times when collecting a pickup item, I've had to wait quite a while for a staff member to attend at the click and collect counter, behind slow customers. All this while other store staff have nothing to do and are standing around. The only real frustration which they could correct easily, but keeping customers in the store is the idea i guess.
