  They gave us some investigation time before coming up to see if they could help. Cheaper than others. We looked on line. Still gave us a good deal with free delivery the next day. Very happy with both service and value.

  Ordered a fridge and a washing machine for delivery after 3 weeks and still got the current discount at the time of purchase. Scheduled delivery was exactly on time and communicated a day in advance. Order your items for delivery in store and not online if you are looking to buy more than one item as the store charges you one time fee while the online cost of delivery increases with every additional product you buy

  Staff here are completely disinterested and the service is non existent. We tried to purchase something here because we had a voucher. The staff member kept us there for over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to process the payment while other customers had to wait... Harvey Norman needs to wake up.

  Shopping here is always pleasant. Great range of products, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Latest visit to purchase an item which was not in stock. Staffer Emily went out of her way to ensure that I received the goods promptly. Great service!

  Sold out of George Foreman Grill. Went to Harris Scarfs. 1 Star Brought a Electric Recliner in the morning. Floor Stock. Great Price. Staff ..Excellent Service. 5 Star
