  Made an appt for 20 week US scan. Centre called back and rescheduled appt because they said the booking was a mistake (only booked 15 mins for a 30-45 min procedure). Fine. Reschedule it. Called again a week later to reschedule as they said they'd done the same thing AGAIN. Fine. Reschedule it. Called a week later, told my booking was cancelled due to same problem AGAIN and they have no appts for another month. Now at 23 weeks and have no other options for a scan as bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance. Staff totally unhelpful and rude. Told it was "just too bad" and to go find a private hospital which would not be covered by Medicare. Thank you for forcing me to pay an extra $250 for your repeated mistakes.

  Even one star is too much for the rude and unprofessional receptionist. Unpleasant service ever from the receptionist and very bossy to patients for some reason. ??? Weird receptionist
