  good Indian food place in Newcastle. service is slow and the pricing is little in higher side, could be better.

  Had to wait 2 and half hours to get food. After all that, couldnt even finish my meal, it was that bad. Lol on the bill the idiot charged me for a drink and an extra rice which i never received. I was quick to point that out. Avoid if possible, this place should be shut down.

  My friends and I had the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant at this place. We arrived at 7.50pm and did not get our dinner until 9.40pm. The last of the food arrived at 10pm, we kept getting random dribs and drabs of food. The restaurant and food are NOTHING like the photos on the website. There were no apologies from the manager, when we raised the issue he simply said they were short staffed. When the food arrived it was cold and did not taste good at all. Had the manager mentioned to us before sitting down that there was a 2 hour wait, we would have left. What a terrible experience! The food was NOT worth the wait. Bad food, terrible service.

  It took about 20+ minutes to take our orders, and took beyond 80mins after the order was taken to serve our food. The food was missing spoons to serve with and the portion sizes seemed very small after a substantial wait. We got table water but no glasses till we chased down the waiter. We never received our drinks that were ordered. understand there was a staff shortage , however there was also a lack of courtesy to advise customers which added to thw frustration to the lack of service
