  Staff member with tattooed hands (!) was surly and unhelpful. Was looking to purchase a watch, so not an insignificant item. I took my custom to Rolex instead.

  From perfumes to those ridiculously expensive belts and handbags, Hermes has wonderful luxury goods. They even have very nice men's wear. If you spend enough money here they remember you too. 😉

  Fantastic service from an experienced sales lady. She took the time to explain the features and history of each item, and really took the time and care. Made it worthwhile to shop high end.

  This store is an absolute disgrace. I came here with my wife and we were ignored for over 20 minutes while the staff attended to the revolving door of people dressed in ostentatious​ luxury brands. Why? We were dressed casually as we had just finished a huge walk through the Royal Botanical Gardens and were pushing a pram. We walked in ready to buy a watch and left vowing to never spend a dime on anything Hermes. Hot Tip: Whether you have money or not you need to dress the part or you won't get the time of day. Total joke.

  It is always a pleasant experience to be in this store, even when I am just browsing. Top-notch service from all the staff (especially Sarah) who are very attentive, and devote their utmost attention even when you are buying the tiniest piece like baby booties. A true luxury shopping experience.
