  We received exceptional service from Start of sale to delivery day when we picked up our van.Paul was great with the handover and has wonderful people skills and full of knowledge,he could answer any questions we through at him,also Maria in the office got us the best price on Insurance and I certainly shopped around for quotes.We couldn’t be happier.

  Wé bought a great van at a great price. Firstly of course because the van had the features we wanted but also because we were looked after right from our first enquiry. Extra photos sent, plenty of useful contact. All of our silly questions answered with patience and friendliness. Viewings made at our convenience. Helpful instructions and advice. Van perfectly prepared for pick-up and long distance travel home. These guys are the professionals and we feel comfortable knowing we bought from them and they stand behind us. Thank you Cameron and all the guys.

  Highly recommend if you are looking for a caravan new or used. No hassels. everything went smoothly. and you are given peace of mind with two complementary days stay at a local caravan park to familiarize yourself with your new van, before you go touring.   Shocking customer service, went in today and was completely ignored, no other customers , several people in the Office not one of them offered their assistance! So went to have a look around with hope that sombody will come and try to sell me a caravan...left after 30 mins...

  We have just taken delivery of our new Crusader Musketeer Porthos X-Country Caravan. We are very pleased with our new van, and the service from Hinterland Caravans has been excellent. Good communication prior to the handover. Pre-delivery very good, the van was clean and ready to go with all the the modifications we had requested fitted.
