Atrocious service. Mildura needs another decent bike store.

So when I went in to the shop a female worker walked away from me, I then went to the product I wanted and I had to ask if anyone could help after that the lady came back she gave me the product in the totally different size to what Ihad asked for, I even had to tell her that this definetly wouldnt fit me I actully had to persuade her that, then she finaly grabbed the one I asked abut she also knocked over everything else. When I went to pay for this I did it in cash and she didnt know how to count which is fine but if your working at the front desk it might be something you should know, anyway so after I priced and told her how much I need to pay her I even had to grab the right amount of change. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been a customer for many years & during that time I’ve had nothing but great service, helpful advice & after sales support. Highly recommended.

Possible the worst shopping experience ever. Went to the store to get a new tube. When I got home, it turned out to be the wrong one. Staff refused to refund, were insulting and tried to fysically kick me out of the store. Never going back again!

I really feel for the staff here who are appearing to try their best but who seem to be thwarted by the owner who is totally taking for granted the privilege of serving locals and visitors with a totally small minded & petty attitude. It's a long story of stranded kids on a bike track out of town, four corner jacks, punctures, broken spokes and exhaustion but to spend $50 at the store and then have the owner yell at you when you ask to borrow some tyre levers (there's more to that story)??? We ended up going to Richard at Cycling Mythology around the corner - I would recommend go there first and get rid of the monopoly this guy has had in Mildura for too long. Disclaimer: we live in Melbourne, this was our first time to Mildura and we have no involvement or interest in either of the bike stores in Mildura, just one cracking bad experience.
