  Fantastic atmosphere, especially as the Foo Fighters Hotel. Food a bit lacking. Always a good selection of beers on tap

  I had been going to this pub for years as I have always worked nearby. On my way to the train station I walked in to quickly use the bathroom, only to be stopped by a staff member at the bar, who told me I could not use it unless I was a customer. I never experienced this in any other pub. I could understand if this was a restaurant or an expensive bar. Anyway, based on this experience, I won't be returning and will suggest somewhere else for after work drinks.

  Four stars for character. Don't expect a flashy hipster bar. Think old school pub with an artistic edge. Cool.

  This one of my favourite pubs in Sydney. So much history but just a great place to go for a drink. Usually busy after work crowd especially Friday’s. great music and raced atmosphere. Good range of beer, cider and spirits. Cocktails too. Back area good for bigger groups. Also does bar snacks. Lots of great restaurants near by so good place to meet for pre-dinner drink.

  I love this pub. It's shabby and a bit thrown together but that is absolutely what's wonderful about it. The staff are fast and friendly, the prices great and the mix of people in attendance means you'll always have interesting conversations. The Hollywood is a Sydney institution for a reason. Give it a go on a Friday after work for casual drinks with a group of friends or workmates. Everytime i start the evening here it ends up amazing.
