  Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Paid for the $45 Super package and expected the results to be of a reasonable standard. However this was not the case. The exterior was left with dirty patches which should have been removed during the wash process, door jambs were not fully wiped, dashboard still had patches of dust left, a few crumbs remained after vacuuming on back seats. The service seemed to focus on speed rather than providing a good quality clean which I expect as a customer paying $45. Waste of money sadly will never be back.

  A bit expensive for the standard of clean you get, but they do tend to get the car to about 7/10 most times so at least they're consistent. Most common things are spots left on the paint where the detergent has dried before they get to it and incomplete interior clean/wipe down. Glass and vacuuming are usually done well though. I generally end up going over the car again at home inside and out to get it to a standard I'm happy with if I have the time, after these guys have done the heavy lifting.

  TBH I guess I got what I paid for (if I had read/understood the details correctly). Pleasant & friendly staff. But am I satisfied with the service at that price? NO. A car wash at $45 that wipes the dash but not the drink holders or tray in front of the transmission, or doesn’t bother to wipe the ‘sides’ of the dash? No, those extra services would cost $75, or $100 if I wanted someone to shampoo/steam a small section of the backseat where some milkshake had spilt. Hoppy’s ... contact me if you can make this right! I’m open to having my opinion (and reviews) changed on this matter. Norman Park - first vehicle in for a wash today. Look me up!

  Love this place. There is nothing like the feeling of a clean car. The staff are fantastic. Corey provides great service and Nay Nay makes the best bacon and eggs. I came back a week later to have another breakfast and brought the 2nd car.
