::Recently had a technician come to look at our hot water system and I feel like he did not listen to what I wanted or offered viable solutions. Ended up being quoted $4000 to have our hot water system replaced and a new flue outside. Even though I repeatedly told the technician Brian I was happy with the existing Flue and that I could get the leaks fixed myself. Ended up going with another company who listened and did it for less than half what was quoted. Sorry but I would probably get more than one quote if this company is involved. A big waste of $220 for a call out fee.

::I rang about my hot water service at 8.00 am. They said they would ring me nack by 10.00 am and arrrive before 11. They gave me a maximum ( new HWS ) and minimum price They rang on time, arrived on time and fixed the HWS for the minimum quoted. Honest, puntual and professional.
