  I asked for FRESH CHIPS & NUGGETS! and I get hot chips with old cold nuggets underneath, when picked out and returned they get re-heated, that's what you get with a kid cooking!! Also asked for NO CHEESE on a Whopper Burger and surprise there's CHEESE! After all that ate because we were starving and not enjoying it should have gone to McDonald's instead! Then I look up at the window to see a huge black wasp!! I'm allergic so I notify the lady at the register and run out of there! Never going back! ALSO NOTICED NO MORE SELF SERVE REFILL STATION! Poor effort from a bunch of children who can't cook and know nothing of food health standards and temperatures! Bring in a real cook- the customer is always right!!!

  Tables and floors dirty, front counter staff need to communicate and be bit more organized

  About what you'd expect from a fast food chain. Service depends on who's working at the time, food is usually not too bad.

  They say the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks but I have to disagree. HOWEVER it does provide good alternative burgers and their fries are the best. Service is slow and rarely friendly and you pay more on public holidays

  Staff trying to do a good job but a lot more customers than staff. Why have they removed so many registers so only 1 poor kid taking orders? Food was delicious as per usual but icecream machine not working AGAIN. ..
