  Stayed there for two nights, Friday and Saturday. We got a beautiful room with a small porch. Staff are very friendly. Cleanliness of the room was very good. We booked the room including breakfast. We did not try any of their food other than the morning buffet. I, personally, did not like the breakfast and neither the coffee... I would book in that place again, great rooms with great value for money, but I would not include the breakfast.

  This hotel is more expensive than others in Albany. A building is very old. A room is not modern style. However, mattress of a bed is so comfort. This hotel provide a buffet in a restaurant. A price is about $30 a person. Foods are generally delicious. However, the service is bad. There is a sign which that 'wait staff in here' in front of the restaurant entrance so that I waited staff in front of the sign. Nobody come to me! Even, a staff saw me!!

  Very old interior decoration. Not really clean... And worst of all: our room had black mold. Very damaging to your health. They try to cover the smell with room deodorant...so you notice the real source of the bad smell too late. In the middle of the night it's not easy to change the rooms anymore.. Worst hotel for a very long time. I would rather stay at a camping or a youth hostel next time. Consider spending the rest of the night in the car! Ruined my day AND night.

  Very disappointed with the service in the restaurant, wasn't overly busy, had plates left on the table for over 20minites, after dessert, undercooked vegetables and ran out of bread for the soup, which meant you had to wait for another loaf to cook until done, even had to fetch another water for the table because the waiter was nowhere to be seen. When visiting family they were mortified to have put their hand through cobwebs to plug their sleep machine in, and not a lot of storage for the time they were booked in for. I wouldn't recommend.
