Absolutely fantastic and faultless service. I smashed by IPhone which they helped backup and put its data onto my new phone, which proved to take a huge amount of hours, of which they charged an extremely great price. On top of that there personalised service was truly welcoming, and their knowledge sparse. Would recommend this superb store for any tech services!!!

These guys know what they are doing plus their manner of treating customers is the best. I am a very particular fussy man and glad to congratulate the team as my expectations were exceeded; they fixed my sick iPhone 5 in a very economical and professional manner. Will certainly recommend the show to everyone :)

His guys are unbelievable! Our phone was completely dead and we had many problems in the same time. They spent a whole day with helping us and in the end they got it! We were sure that the phone is done (during a roadtrip, worst thing which could happen)... The whole team is really nice and friendly and their knowledge is big! We are more than happy that we asked them for help!

was on a school central australia camp and i dropped my phone and it had completely broke. as i was far away from home and was going to be on the bus for hours i needed a phone. they looked at my old one which was going to be hard to repair in a short time and so i bought a new one from them. mum was able to pay over the phone from melbourne and the manager stayed back for a while after close helping me set it up and getting it all sorted. service was great and everyone was really nice.

Bought a 'new' i-phone last September, cost almost $800 with the protective cover and glass face they talked me into. Today it just stopped working, so took it to my local guy in Richmond NSW who told me that the after market battery had 'done ok' and the phone wasn't in bad shape for a reconditioned one... the battery and inner case were after market and there was an inner screw missing and there was a 'separation piece' missing. NOT HAPPY!!!!! Cheating lying bastards. If I am ever back in the Alice, I will stand out side the shop telling everyone who goes in what they did to me until I get the new phone I paid for.
