  If I could give it a zero star I would. This mob are the worst property management agents in Shellharbour. They bought the Raywhite Shellharbour (they were good) property management roll, since then it went down hill and all the experienced staff left. I had a property with them and the tenants destroyed it. Avoid this agency at all costs. The lady who runs the property management department does not return calls and employees people who just got their real estate licenses. Would you want to have a young unsupervised employee manage a 550k property? That says it all. I moved my business elsewhere they were supposed to have got my bond back but it did not happen. Run a mile these people should not be in business. I complained to the Director Klayten of the agency..and he was pounce who said take him to court. So going to do exactly that I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Department of Fair Trading for negligence and breach of contract. What is hilarious...have a look below in the review....Klayen seems to be promoting is own company. That says it all does it not?

  They only chase you when they need the money when u need something from them they wont even bother coming to the phone!

  They post misleading information in their renting property ads: ad said "available now", but it would be occupied for another week or so, ad said "pets considered", agent on inspection said strictly no pets. Waste of time.

  We sold our house through Illawarra Estate Agents and we couldn't be happier. Their professionalism is outstanding. They were all ways available to answer any questions we had and always kept us up to date with the progress. They even helped us with our questions on a house we were purchasing through another agent. Their knowledge and assistance was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The whole team is professional and friendly. If you need to buy, sell or rent I wouldn't go past IEA we will without a doubt be advising everyone to go through them. I will never sell a house without IEA on the job.
