  Best place to get custom suits, got 5 suits made for my wedding and couldn't be happier. John made the whole process a pleasure. Extremely helpful and walked us through everything. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for suits or shirts.

  Suits are of amazing quality and we received impeccable service throughout. We bought suits for our bridal party, my father and father-in-law, even my grandfather had a tailored suit made from them. We will be back again, thanks to the Institchu team for being so accommodating through this process.

  I ordered my suit online and customized it through the website, and the process was great. Having read the good reviews I was quite excited for my suit to arrive. It got here in around 4 weeks which i thought was pretty good. Because I sent in my own measurements I was more worried about the fit not been right, however the fit was actually really good. So well done to Institchu for good service and user friendliness . The problem I have is with the quality and the design. As soon as I picked it up it looked and felt cheap. After spending $700 I was really disappointed in the the quality of the material, the stitching looked Ok but the button on the pants had already started to unravel after trying them on for about 45 seconds. So I was pretty unhappy with the quality and I feel like the thing would fall apart after 5 or so wears. The other issue I had was the design, The pants (while they fit quite well) are seriously old fashioned and straight leg the whole way down, they are not even slightly tapered and the thigh width is pretty much the same as the ankle width? which looks ridiculous, I understand that is more personal taste but the other thing I noticed which was really strange was the side vents go like half way up the jacket? I have never seen this, side vents are usually only a few inches, even on the website the side vents on the jackets look fairly normal, but these are like double the length of normal side vents? I was really hoping that these guys would be my main go to for future suits, but I guess I will have to keep looking. It may have just been me who had a bad experience because it seems like everyone else on here is happy.

  My best man and I were lucky enough to deal with Tim for our suits. Coming in to our first consult, I had an idea on what I wanted and Tim made it happen. All in a relaxed atmosphere where we could start to picture what we wanted. Throughout, Tim was professional and forthcoming with everything. Through the initial design, fitting and all the way through to picking accessories, Tim was brilliant. As a result, we have two incredible looking 3 piece suits and shirts that we are absolutely stoked with and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Tim and thanks Institchu Melbourne for everything.

  John is absolutely brilliant! Best customer service and the suits are perfect! We had 3 suits made at InStitchu and they all fit perfectly, no further alterations required. The whole experience was fun, personal and really enjoyable. The suits are great quality and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much to John and his team!
