  Spent the night of Ed Sheeran, lovely big room with bath. Air con worked well and we were able to set it to a nice cold temp to enjoy the bedding properly. We had access to their club, which meant stacks of canapes and wine, sparkling and spirits. We also visited the next morning for breakfast which was excelent. The hotel itself is very interesting to visit, as they have put a roof over previously external buildings and made a gigantic atrium. Good service and would recommend.

  Beautiful historic building and rooms are comfy and quiet if a little small compared to similarly priced rivals. Internet is fast, all amenities you'd expect are there. Slightly annoying that TV is on side of room rather than opposite foot of bed but no big deal if you don't watch a lot of hotel TV

  There are so many places to explore in this hotel it's very magical and romantic. The perfect backdrop for our honeymoon. We ate at a few restaurants in the hotel and enjoyed them. My critique is that the maid did not remove our dirty glasses or give us new ones so I put them outside in the hallway as a hint. Also when you use the shower water leaks out and makes the floor wet so you have to wipe it up and the bath mat is soaked. But the rest went perfect!

  Service was great, quality of hotel was great too. Buffet breakfast is worth the small additional charge and is well stocked with a good variety. Room was comfortable, well equipped with all mod cons and luxury items, and beds are comfy too. Only issue was housekeeping which they forgot to make up my bathroom properly. They forgot to add bath towels, some of the personal items, and bottled water to the room. This wasn't a big problem, as when I called instant service they promptly brought me a pair of towels and some water. Will stay here again!

  Overall it was very good.The hotel is exquisite.All staff are amazing ,friendly especially James Spielvogel and Bastien thank you guys so much! Their recommendations are always great, classic and you'll love talking with them about anything. Actually My luggage was still in airport when I arrived in hotel.Because of airport's mistake. But all staff helped me seriously(Thank you very much James:) ). They tried their best. So, Finally the stuff arrived safely in my room. I'm going to never forget there❤️ I want to go to Intercontinental hotel again.
