  Went there today with my 3 year old. We played a machine and tickets didn't come out, I assumed the machine was one that didn't produce tickets so I moved on to the next game. (Rarely ever go to these places so wasn't exactly sure how it worked) I saw another family use the same machine and didn't get tickets so they complained and the Middle Aged blonde woman went and filled it with tickets and let them have a free turn. I went up to the woman and said I just played it and I didn't receive tickets either and she gave me the most condescending smart aleck reply "well no one told me" so I said I'm telling you now and she just looked at me and smiled again and said "okay" and walked off ignoring what I said to her. She was extremely rude in her tone of voice, body language and her fake smile. I've never experienced that in my whole life in any retail shops before. I would have been fine with a 'sorry I can't do anything about it, next time just come up to me if it happens again' Will be going to time zone 10 minutes down the road next time. Don't recommend, barely any machines there also.

  Went with my 11year old daughter wanted to buy the $15 30min deal but this is gone now, asked for the $20 deal they said she is too old for that, under 10years only. So we just spent our money elsewhere.

  Oh my god its loud!!!! BUT - Really good time. 4 x 11 year old girls, thought half hour to maybe 1 hour, 2 hours wasn't even enough! Really good games included in the yellow range. Gift shop is really nice, not total junk. All the staff were fantastic as I had a lot of questions as a first timer.

  Love this place. The amount of claw games is a bit much though for a small place but love the games. I go there once a week to let off some steam. It's good for when you don't want to make the trip to Timezone Surfers. It's just as good as its predecessor, Intencity.
