  Pool never cleaned properly. Had to call several times reception once when hotel guests have throw up in the pool to come and clean. Cigarettes butts always seen in the pool, and no, in a regular day not peak/bank holiday. Reception staff polite but not friendly nor helpful. No form of customer service at all. Lift always broken, for such a big busy building have to queue for minutes to get an elevator.

  Stayed here for the second time. Tidy apartment in a good location. Friendly staff and well equipped room. Will stay here again

  Great views, two big beds and two bathrooms. Very comfortable bed and crisp clean sheets. All for a very reasonable price

  We stayed nearly three weeks when we first moved to Brisbane. Located in the center of the city, close to shopping centers, restaurants, public transports, botanical garden & QUT Garden Point campus. Tide and neat large bedrooms with comfy beds. Fully furnished. Moderate size swimming pool. Neat and tidy kitchen with kitchenware and cutlery. Clean bathrooms. Free wifi. Good housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff.

  First time and Husband, kids and I loved our stay. Rooms were spacious as was lounge and kitchen. Aircon awesome in our room and lounge room. Great after a busy day out and about. Our river view was just beautiful and night lights more amazing. Balcony the biggest out of any motel we have stayed out also so clean. Thank you so very much!! We were one happy family and can not recommend you enough. Best accommodation so far 5 stars from us :)
