The whole team of technicians have been very helpful and polite and nothing is ever to hard for them , where past providers have fallen over . The amount of effort put in by the team to keep us up and running is incredible especially with all the local NBN faults occurring around the area , Clint and Troy were here in a flash to provide us with solutions that allowed us to run our day to day business . With the capabilities of remote access it makes it so easy for the team at IT Blackspot to access our networks from their office and usually fixing the problem without even a visit .
