Came here with my mum it was good. Food was yum and the staff were nice. Nice clean area. A bit pricey but still good. Will definitely be coming back.

Itā€™s not busy. At all. So why arenā€™t I greeted when I walk in - even a smile would have been nice? Thereā€™s a sign at the door - ā€˜please wait to be seatedā€™ Glad I didnā€™t wait. Iā€™d still be there. I asked the girl on the cash register if it was table service. ā€˜Noā€™ not even looking up. Okay then. I ordered a long black. Since, despite the sign, I had to find my own table, I went searching for one. Every free one was dirty. Finally a cheerful guy behind the bar asked if I was OK. I explained I was looking for a clean table. He looked away. Finally I found one. My coffee took an age - the unhappy girl that ā€˜greeted meā€™ also delivered it. I gave a cheery thank you and smiled. Nada. Wow. Itā€™s hard to make Vittoria coffee taste good. But today they managed to make it even worse than usual. Obviously not their best day. But itā€™s my one and only experience here. Not to be repeated. What is it with Perth and customer service sometimes?

My wife ate here today with a friend from overseas and my 1yo. The staff at first were friendly and very polite and did everything they could to accommodate us. We ended up moving to the back of the restaurant as my little boy was getting a bit agitated. When I started blowing some bubbles to entertain him the owner walked past and was rude and inconsiderate about us doing that. Made a massive deal of a few small bubbles on the floor...... And then brought out a Caution wet floor sign. Couldn't believe it, he needs to learn how to be polite to mums!!

Go here somewhat often, when I have no other choice to be honest. The service is touch and go. Today I was ignored and a customer served before me, just because he was a regular. Go to driphouse. The pastries are awesome though.

Cool venue but we unfortunately had quite an average experience... very slow to take orders/get our drinks out and even though the food was alright, didnā€™t feel that it was worth what we paid! Worth trying out still but would prefer to check out something else next time!
