  What a nightmare ! Our Ford Mondeo wagon was taken there by tow truck on 16th Feb 2018, after the transmission had totally broken down. It was first delivered in April 2013, which means the transmission did not last 5 years. This is the third car we have bought from Jarvis in the last 2 years. We were told the car would be ready in 2 weeks, 4 weeks later we were told it was ready. The car has been serviced by Jarvis, but because we went over the mileage allowance no warranty would be honored. Twice they rang us to tell us the cost would be $5800, they were able to drop the final price by $700. The requirement of 6 months or 10,000 kms would mean we have the car in getting serviced every 2 months - totally reasonable. Our Peugeot van has been there 3 times for the same item, still not completely fixed. Charged $130 dollars for replacing a battery in the remote control! Let aloe the other items not attended to. We use these cars in our business. If we were to add to our fleet, we will be looking at other brands at this current rate of poor service.   Do yourself a favour and buy your car from any other dealer. Not worth the trouble. I have bought 3 high end cars from new from Jarvis. Came in for some routine work done to my car for it to be traded in for a new car. Service are extremely unhelpful and are extremely painful to deal with and would in no shape away or form could I possibly recommend having anything to do with Jarvis.

  Re reviewed , upped from a 3* to 4* for me. Had my ups and downs on various things, but they do come through. They do listen, and their customer service is excellent. If they can assist they will. They are willing to re look at issues if needed. The car sale side exceptional. Friendly staff, great repore, etc. With my March car service approaching I will bump to a five star rating if all goes smooth. I'm comfortable providing my car in condition I drive normally again, with its custom antennae and wheel valves missing incident. That particular issue was resolved. The business has proven to be trustworthy and honest. Just ensuring it is not a one time change but consistent change for the better from workshop. You could make the best cake ever once only , the next 5 are instead rock hard and tasteless. Just making certain it's 5 top notch cakes in a row customer experience. Before giving a rating 5* review. I do highly recommend Jarvis Ford for your new car and car service needs.

  I took my Ranger in for a service for the first time, and found the whole experience great. The staff were friendly and professional, they rang me before they proceeded with anything extra, and the price was still well under what I expected to pay (based on past experience). I had no hesitation in booking my car in again.

  I bought a 2004 Nissan Navara and have had to take it back for a few minor issues and have found all of the people there to be polite and helpful. The service I received is just about the best I have experienced anywhere, nothing is too much trouble and everything has been fixed to my satisfaction and even then some. I never thought I would actually recommend a car yard but I can certainly recommend Jarvis. I know I paid a little extra for the car and the service comes with that, I'm not naive, but I'd rather do that than have any dramas.
