  Saturday 17/3/18 i left my Forester with Javis Subaru Kensington for a service. I asked for the wheels rotation and alignment and they charged me over $100 dollars for the job (on top of $400 for 42 months regular service). They told me they found a nail in the right hand side rear tyre and fixed that for me. Monday morning I have a flat tyre in the right hand side rear tyre so I have to take time off work to bring the car back to them to fix it. They keep the car the whole day, fixing up some of the dent and scratch they caused to my mag wheel (but not all the damage, only where i show them). This morning, I have the same tyre flat again, that means that they did not do anything to the tyre, not rotate them, not fixing them, or they did a very bad job. I will never do any business with them again, Javis Subaru Kensington. A very upset customer.
