  The staff are very helpful and were pretty knowledgeable about LED lighting for my ute canopy.

  Dropped in for a warranty claim on an inverter very prompt and helpful staff!! Didn’t have receipt as I’m traveling but staff were able to verify my purchase through my “NERD PERKS” card which is a great initiative. Thanks Guys!!

  I found the personal service overwhelming, a bit too up close and personal for me.. One is usually is inclined to browse, if you like those sorts of things and are inclined to map an inventory of parts and options for the next project. Its hard to focus on that when accompanied by someone peering over one's shoulder, although obviously intent on being helpful..
