::DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER. If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. I received a pair of Beats earphones about 3 1/2 months ago, and they recently stopped working. I didn't break them, they just stopped. Australian Consumer Law dictates that I'm now entitled to a full refund, and so I went there to receive one. However, they lied to my face and told me there was a 3 month warranty on the headphones, which not only is completely wrong, but is a mute point given consumer law. After telling me this, they took the broken headphones and my receipt, preventing me from trying again to receive my refund. Long story short, this store lied to me about my own rights and the warranty of my product, then prevented me from doing anything about it by taking my receipt. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This company should be shut down. Forever.

::Friendly staffs but have to wait until they are free. Great products, deals and their customer service is great.

::Staff are always very friendly, but the store does get incredibly busy and it can take a while to be served. Although I know the service is great, I have walked out a couple of times after standing around for 5-10 minutes without being served or acknowledged. It is a great place for pricing and range, so if you don't mind a wait the prices are good and the service, when you get some, is very knowledgeable and friendly.

::Excellent layout, whilst it can get busy, and a little cramped. The range, and if that's not enough they are happy to order for you also. The signage is well presented, and customer service spread thin sometimed to some extent they are knowledgeable and want to help you. Doesn't matter how busy the staff here always seem happy and do their best for the customer. Rating a 4*, as I think an extra person serving would make shop customer servicability even smoother overall. But overall happy at my shopping experience.
