  Mark from phone section was not helpful at all in honouring a price discount for a corporate customer in store. He told me to go back to the Galleries store or The Strand, which I'll have to do. Kylin the store manager and Beth at the counter was very friendly and helpful, however.

  Wouldn't let me rate lower. Was totally ignored as were others in the store. Employees seemed too busy having a chat among themselves or pretending to do work, saw the same girl wander to the front of the store and back several times carrying the same empty plastic box.

  Staff are nice and friendly They forgot to ask me about the electronic invoice option which they email to customers. They gave me small discount on the already reduced price. I didnt like the fact that they do not have a display item to try out before you buy a fitbit but I got around that by having the option to return it within three days. The shop is large with many electronic options and located on the ground floor if you enter the world square from Goulburn street.

  They do a good job here. Generally helpful staff good with refunds on faulty products. I dropped a star would have been 5 stars but some staff seem to hide away and need to be chased after for service.
