  Good store. Some customer service is good and other not. Can take a while to get attended too. Good amount of products for the size of the store. Busy store.

  Great for electronics, though the store set up could be improved so that finding your way around wasn't like trying to squeeze through maze

  Friendly, helpful staff. Decent range. Did have an small issue with an order not arriving. Waited three weeks and still no sign of it. Went in and to see how much longer it would be. Turned out the order hadn't gone through for some reason. They offered to put the order through again but I opted for a refund of my deposit instead, which wasn't a problem. Stuff happens sometimes. It only dragged on so long because I didn't chase it up sooner. Staff handled it wonderfully. Definitely be returning 🙂

  Worst customer service. They like to accuse and then find out the facts. That goes for both management and staff.

  Trudi who was working on the Telstra desk was unreal and extremely helpful to us. We purchased new phones and nothing was an issue for her. Trudi deserves a medal as she was having to mulitask by also covering the front door on her own at times and serving other customers. Thank u heaps Trudi for looking after us, it is very rare to get such good customers service days.
