  Purchased a new phone and once the salesman had his money there was no customer service after I paid my money. I was told the phone a Nokia 6 was new on the market. No it wasn't. My mistake. Got home and the phone had problems several phone calls later and no reply from JB hifi. Really bad customer service. Once they have there money they are not interested anymore.

  Way too small for a jbhifi. Which probably isnt their fault, but they should be where the glue store is now, because its a much larger shop.

  The biggest JB HiFi store in Newcastle, and the original one here as well I believe. Literally tonnes of stock, heaps of friendly staff wandering around, but you do sometimes get the impression they're trying to sell you something. Parking can sometimes be hard to get in and out, but not terrible. Can almost guarantee they have what you want here.

  Not sure who the women was who surved me (she was up the back of the shop) was a breeze to deal with. Shop was hard to find (2nd floor, next to the David Jones) just wish they were more closer to home (Maitland area) than bunched up close, basically walking distance from each other, which I found laughable.
