  Nice place to stay. Pretty clean rooms. Ours had a kitchenette. Stayed in a two bedroom appartment. Nice for a little break away

  We stayed in a one bedroom spa apartment, and were provided two side by side single beds made up as a king. Housekeeping had used a single bed sheet lengthwise as a top sheet, which was not long enough for the bed. Bed didn't feel clean, and had "grit" in it. Bedsheets and towels all had minor staining, including a rather suspect brown stain on the fitted sheet (they told us this was a rust stain). Handles were missing from kitchen cupboards, kitchen sink tap was very loose in its sink mount. Paint around the apartment was damaged in various places and peeling from the roof in the bathroom from moisture damage. I can't comment on shared facilities (pool etc) as we didn't stay long enough to use them. Parking provided free of charge, and some are under cover however none of the parking spaces are secure. Parking is tightly packed, and seemingly barely enough to cover all rooms. While Jesmond Executive Villas is budgeted at the lower end of the market, much can be done to improve the value of their accommodation.

  Apartment was spacious. Big room, living area. Tiny kitchen. Nice bathroom. However the pool and spa are disgusting. One lady at the front desk in particular was very loud, rude and annoying. They were talking about other customers rudely. Will not be staying here again.

  Only just got here and not happy. Room not cleaned properly. Floors were filthy, put the mat down and it was black, and cupboard doors were all dirty. Cars park directly behind your room and the walls shake and mirror nearly falls off the wall when they open and shut their doors. Supposed to be a compendium in room but no where to be seen. Very noisy. For the price you pay and calling themselves executive is a joke. And it's the only place i have ever stayed that charges you extra for wifi. Will not be staying here again. Feeling very ripped off.

  A frequent visitor, this was our first time staying in a large studio. Check in was quick & polite as per usual. But finding our accommodation was challenging as the signal was not clear. Parking was also not clearly marked, encouraging other guests to park in a way that prevented others from doing so. The room was a converted shipping container & was well done. However we shared the room with a couple of large cockaroaches throughout the night! The floor was not very hygienic, having hair from the previous guests clearly visible. The door to the bathroom was also opaque which offered little privacy. Will probably stay again because the location is convenient & the prices reasonable but wont stay in those particular rooms again.
