  Disappointing： 1. Applied medicare levy to me even though I've told him that's my first tax return in Australia. It's professional if you verify people's visa status first. 2. When checking the details online, it shows error area on my tax return due to the number input on the form. Man, no cents on tax return! please type whole number. That error makes my lump sum payment not processed which is couple hundred dollars return shortage. 3. Every time I asked if something is deductable, you do not have to use "Bad luck" as an answer. Old school needs refurbishment.

  Fantastic service, excellent staff & fee cheapest in geelong only $80 maximum for a personal return. highly recommended
