  I have a '94 Falcon that's in good condition but every so often needs some TLC as older cars do. Louis and the team have always done good work, communicated well and been transparent with their pricing. They know how to look after an older car. Recently the rear brakes became an issue. Louis and his team did a thorough job of resolving this issue, in a timely, precise, calm and professional manner - finding what turned out to be one of those, subtle, hard to find, but big impact issues. I highly recommend anyone to consider Jonlin Automotive for their automotive mechanical needs.

  Dropped the car off this morning for a service. Told them I would need it for school pick up. Got a call a few hours later letting me know some other bits might need doing..."we can do them but might not make pick up time". Not a prob. Get a call a few hours after that....they have worked through their lunch hour to make sure its ready for me to get the kids! Great communication and great service! Thanks heaps Louis and the team!

  I was the potential buyer of the Holden Commodore 2001 that is mentioned by Daniboy370 in the review with only one star. Therefore I was also the customer who was insisting on getting the car a full inspection before I would buy it. Jonlin Motors and in particular Louis, the guy who runs the place, was an absolute joy to do business with. First of all he did the inspection, as it always should be, very thorough. After he finished and we came back to get the results he was completely honest with me about the state of the car. He took himself very good time to explain me that the car was in a state so bad that you would have to put in so much money just to make it pass a RWC. Basically he saved me thousands of dollars for not buying a car that was about to break down. The customer service and mechanical service was top class and I would recommend to anybody that wants to buy a car and is unsure about the state of it to go to Louis and Jonlin Motors. As a last comment on this case I must say that I feel disgust from Daniboy370 and the way that he is trying to put down an honest and hard working shop as Jonlin Motors is! Cheers, Julius.

  I highly recommend these guys! I dealt with Lewis on my recently purchased second hand 4x4. He knew what he was doing, didn't rip me off and gave me some great advice. Thumbs up to great service. Really nice people!
