  CLEANEST budget stay I have ever had! I seriously can’t recommend it enough! We got a double room with a sink and shared ammenities and were a little reluctant at the start, but ended up loving it! Great staff and vibe too. Would definitely stay here again!!!

  Great place. Very friendly staff, quiet, quick walk to all the shops, restaurants etc .... Booked a room with double bed. Small but very clean and practical with sink, shelves, all you need ... bed was so comfortable too.

  Overall one of the best backpacker hostels I've experienced in Oz. Some of the most comfortable hostel mattresses ever, friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate having washing machines that use card. Only issues were with upkeep - a few broken tiles in our ensuite bathroom and bad shower design meant the whole bathroom flooded when shower used. Some maintenance work happening around the hostel and attached building (former cafe?) when I was there but I took this to be expected during the wet/off season. Some people mentioned feeling uncomfortable walking into town alone as you go passed the hospital where a lot of locals hang around out front but this didn't bother me.

  This place is one of the best hostel that I've been on. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. The accommodations are really clean, the beds are super comfortable, tgere is a swimming pool, and the place owns 2 fantastic dogs and a wonderful cat. This place is cute and just super. Recommend to everyone who stops in Alice Spring.

  We had a good stay in a clean double room with a private bath. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Jump Inn had all amenities needed - a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a secure storage room to leave luggage. Our only complaint was that people were smoking in a common area outside our room and the smoke was coming through the vents into our room.
