  existing hot water service leaking, and was looking for a new plumber as wasn't that happy with the last one, so tried Ken Hall. I rang first thing in the morning, and was told a plumber would be there between 1 and 2pm, and he was. Unfortunately, due to changed regulations I couldn't have the same type of hot water service in the same location, so we talked about a couple of options. It was going to be a big job as I decided to go with a continuous flow, and needed a new gas pipe to service it, as the existing one wasn't big enough. I was told this would be a 2 day job for 2 plumbers. the job was booked in and by the end of the week I had hot water again. All of the plumbers were extremely polite, and approachable. Happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. Arrived on time each morning and got straight on with the job. The finished job is neat and works perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves, and removed the old hot water service, and all the bits of old pipe. I will definitely use Ken Hall Plumbers again, and would recommend to family and friends.

  I have used many other tradesman companies before, this is the best one so far. It doesn't only live on its big name, they also actually help and care about their customers. They always try to understand our problem and offer the best solutions. I have no regret in using them. They are just awesome, not like some other ones which just try and take your money.

  Brilliant! Prompt and reliable, courteous staff both in the office and their plumbers and technicians. Knowledgeable and make a point of explaining and showing what they're doing, including giving little tips on things we can do ourselves to possibly avoid having to get a plumber out next time. Also neat and tidy workmanship and they clean up after themselves. Work is guaranteed. We have used them for everything from big jobs like new water and gas connections and sewer pipes, to blocked toilets and drains, and urgent repair of a hole drilled through a water supply pipe. Always a great company to deal with, and very responsive to emergencies.
