  The worst experience never had. Reception lady is not helpful at all , got so troubled. When I do my car Accessment I stated I will drop off n pick up in the afternoon, she said it’s fine as long as before 4pm. Here comes the story, I made a call to confirm they have organise rental car for me on the booking day, then the reception lady say you can’t drop your car in afternoon have to be in the morning, we are too busy in th afternoon. Umm.........I’m working can’t just leave my job, can I ? Anyway, I made myself arrived early for drop off. She stated again , it will taking a week, the car should be ready on Thursday , but I might be delayed due to my late arrival. I say that’s fine I can pick up in the afternoon on Thursday or Friday. Here comes again, I have received a text on Wednesday morning that your car in ready for pick up pls call to confirm, so I called and stated that I finished work at 5, I can pick up aft 5 or on Thursday afternoon bef 4. She said you need to pick up today bef 4, we are so busy don’t have space for your car, you can pick up during your lunch hour. I replied that I only got 30 mins , how can I return rental car, wait for taxi to car repair centre and drive back to CIty ( 5 km away) , find car park and walk back to my office in 30 mins ? She replied : ohh , yes, you can . WHAT THE ??? I said I only can pick up on Thursday. Then she goes all right then you need to pick up on Thursday morning at 7:30 . “ Excuse me” , I have my own commitment with my family , 2 kids n my job , I’m not free as you thought , the original deal is Thursday afternoon , if your car yard gets busy , I understand but you need to ask me as a favour not boss me . At the end , I need to call my insurance provider to dealing with this lady. I will never ever use Keswick car repair again and will not recommend anyone to go, also will give feedback to my insurance provider abt their horrible service. By the way, the gentlemen hand back my car is gentle and nice.

  I was happy with the result. The colour of repaired part matched perfectly rest of the car, the car was ready as promised and guys very informative and helpful. Although there were some issues with the insurance company, we easily agreed on a solution. Overall, very good experience.
