  Absolutely the worst KFC in Newcastle, poor service (not all of the staff), poor housekeeping. I give I star simply because it cannot be minus! Will never ever go there again.

  Been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now. Fingers crossed that the food is good! Pretty sad being after 10pm on a Tuesday.

  excellent food but drive thru is often very busy at night, counter can be busy but not as bad. staff are usually friendly and the food is usually hot and fresh. this place is usually kept clean and tidy except when they are really busy (but that usually from lazy customers not disposing of their trash). seating is good. toilets are usually clean and tidy. parking can be a problem due to large drive thru lines.

  Professional service. Meal was compiled accurately and received within a quick time frame. Also the burger and fries were fresh and hot.
