  Totally disappointed with KING Furniture, we waited 9 weeks for delivery. We paid $9,000 for our new lounge. It gets delivered and we are told by the driver that the arm for our Lounge got mixed up in another order and they would deliver it later that day. Get a phone call, actually your arm has not been made and will take 2 weeks to manufacture. We sit down to use the lounge for the first time and press the button and the leg rest starts to come up then stops, follow all reset instructions but still nothing, wont work. Call Customer Service and they tell me to follow reset instructions, have to explain to 3 different people I have already done this. I am then told that I need to wait 3 weeks before a technician can come out and look at it because they are busy. No apology, no what day can we come just told it will have to be that day. Then I also noticed that when they have assembled the lounge they have dragged it across our floorboards and left scratches all over the floor. We thought we were paying for a quality product but it seems we paid to have one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Don't buy from them, it's just not worth it.

  Given 5 stars for the range and quality of the furniture from King Living. If I could rate the initial first time experience I would give it a 2.5 for their customer service approach. It was an the last day of their sale and it was busy. Understood that a lot of the team members were assisting others. However walked past 2 staff (clearly just talking) and no greeting or acknowledgement. Did a whole lap of the shop and even upstairs and no acknowledgement even though there were a few free team members. When we were upstairs (Husband and I) there was a younger gentleman upstairs and was free. We were not greeted until we were the only ones up there as there was another older couple who came up just before us. It felt like we were not served due to assumption of our age and appearances? We are a young looking couple in casual clothes. Personally didn't like this judgement. Yes it looked like we were browsing but it doesn't mean we won't buy. We were then served by a lovely lady - Ravinder. She helped us with choices and we purchased. I would rate her interaction 5 stars.

  Nice open show room. Helpful staff. Fair selection of stock though the particular fabric we were interested in wasn't on display.
