::I found Jai (from the service department) is really friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to assist customers with service-related issues. He also let me have a quick chat with the senior technician in the workshop (James) so I could ask a question about my car. It's reassuring to know that the service team has a skilled technician on hand to troubleshoot the difficult faults that modern cars can develop. The service department is much better now than I found it to be in the past (personal opinion). I recommend bringing your vehicle here for both a general service and also to fix complicated problems.

::Thoroughly recommend the team at Kloster BMW Newcastle. I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my gorgeous new X3 earlier this year and this was enhanced due to the enthusiastic interest and level of service delivered by the Sales and Finance teams. Even arranging my comprehensive insurance, personal plates transferred, window tinting, seal and protect all arranged effortlessly so they were less things I had to do. It was a fun day heading into the 'ribbon room' to receive my beautiful new car, and having the additional personal service of a BMW 'Genius' to teach me about of the amazing tech-tools has made the upgrade simpler!
