  Big take at ridiculously low prices, pity the checkout is in the centre of the store and you have to show everything to the person at the front door. No idea which idiot thought that up, but all it does is annoy people and slow down getting through the door. Also there's only ever one person at the door, so when you're entering if you have any questions, you have to wait for them to finish checking bags first. And when returning items you have to show your receipt to them first, before you can go all the way to the back for the returns, big w has it done right with everything at the front.

  I was very disappointed with one Kmart staff who stopped us on our way out of the store and demanded to see a receipt for the items we were carrying just because my daughter and son were carrying big toys and he thought we had stolen the toys. Being an African doesn't equate one to a thief. For that reason,I'll never ever set my foot on that shop again!

  Registers placement is annoying. The Products are a little bit "shonky" and break easily. The shop is easily found and has adequate parking. It can get a little annoying getting out of the shop, waiting for your bags to be searched. Especially when there's a lot of people trying to leave at once. I tend to shop for baby clothes and toys. But find electronics to be a bit unreliable. At Christmas time their Christmas lights aren't as good as other places. All in all though it's an ok place. Seems to be tidy. Just needs a few more staff "manning" the registers.

  Staff were not helpful. Rang the day before to have an item placed on hold, young girl said she had and the lady behind the counter first rolled her eye's when I asked for and then came back saying nothing was their.

  Who doesn’t love KMart? Great location and service.
