  The guy I spoke to was not really helpful. He couldn't answer any of my questions. It's like he just said the same things to everyone. I wouldn't go to Kmart tyre and Auto again. It was diassapointing

  Pulled up in distress with a tyre going flat on my car. Was told by the first young man he would get someone to help me as soon as possible. The 2nd man came out, dark curly hair and said he wouldn't be able to help me at all until around 4.30pm - it was 12 noon at the time. He then promptly grabbed his uber eats and went off to eat his lunch. Rude, arrogant, unhelpful & disrespectful. Obviously he is only a worker at this place and doesn't give a damn about his job, nor about the people he is helping. I then drove to Beaurepaires in Norwood and had the most wonderful experience with genuine caring men behind the counter who assisted immediately. Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Rose Park - you're are a disgrace!

  Dear Kmart auto service team, this is an open letter to let you know about my recent experience with your service in Rose Park: To begin I want to thank you to take me in on short notice and perform the oil change and checking service for me. Unfortunately here the good news end. According to your Essential Plus Service you shall swap the tires. When I picked up the car I noticed, that this has not been done. When I asked about it, your staff started to argue that you did it by doing left to right. That's first of all wrong to do so and secondly it was a lie. I was in a hurry and not in the mood to argue, so I paid and left. A couple of days later I called in to ask for a specific information about my service. You declined to give me the information and also declined to send a copy of the service report to my email that i could check it by myself. Your argument was that you do not have an email system to contact customers. I wondering why you explicitly asked for my email address during the registration bc you want to send me some information/advert from time to time. So what’s the truth here? Another lie? To summarise: You didn’t perform the service you promoted to do ... which means you overcharged me on purpose and finally you are lying to your customers. Giving you a 2 star review is very very generous and just because of the fact that you however performed a kind of service. You might imagine that I cannot give any recommendation for your service neither will follow up the issues you found on my car with your company.

  Not a bad Service. Had my Car's major Service and Minor Services done here. Nothing really bad except that you have to be very careful if you didn't get the parking at the service center's authorized parking lot. If you parked your car in the Street(Alexandra Avenue) be careful to park it properly the council officers will be on frequent patrols in this area to check if you parked your car over 2 hrs or if you parked in an unauthorized parking area.
