::You need to offer guests a toilet; not tell them they can go out into the arcade with a key or whatever. I love the products but there is some kind of problem with your staff, I don't think they have been well trained in hospitality, which is a service industry. It's gotten better in the last 12 months but still I find it difficult to catch anyone's eye for service (not that I should have to, it is incumbent on the waiters to be proactive and anticipate my needs).

::Friendliest and caring staff ever. She took care of me very well. I ordered the hot chilly hot chocolate, which was sooo creamy and tasty and unique. Was wondering which truffle to go with it and she gave me 2 suggestions, which were absolutely a plus to the hot choc. Price is not too bad for the service and food.
