  I attended Sabine's half day women's retreat yesterday and it was beautiful. A gift every woman should give them selves -of inner peace, calm and an understanding of deeper self love. Sabine's very nature and teachings provide you with the keys to life. I feel very blessed to have been drawn to attend her meditation classes and now experience a retreat. Sabine has a knack for knowing what people need and I have found on multiple occasions she has taught things that have been very relevant to my current situation.   I have been attending the dearest Sabine's Kundalini Yoga classes for 5 months now and it has literally been life changing! Sabine holds such a safe, welcoming and nurturing space during the classes. She is continually allowing and teaching everyone to go deep within for ultimate healing, encouraging you to be your true authentic self always and reinforcing that it is your time to do only what feels amazing for you. I particularly have a love for the chanting, meditation, mantras, deep breathwork and kriyas that are working towards something wonderful. Sabine has awoken my inner healer and I have come far from where I was prior to these classes - I am learning to see the lesson in all situations (both positive and negative), to trust and build my intuition, to heal past emotional traumas through the yoga and meditation, to be my true authentic self and be ok with this, to flow with life because "what will be will be", and to be more confident and let my light shine! I also just attended my first group workshop with Sabine and it was truly incredible - such a nurturing day with a lovely group of like-minded women being spoiled where I felt so accepted, a part of something beautiful and 100% supported. Sabine's Kundalini Yoga classes are a deep resonating feeling of home to me, and have been since day one. Thank you for accepting and encouraging me into this beautiful world of yours, Sabine and most of all for being you! Sat Nam.

  Bliss, absolute bliss. Kundalini Yoga with Sabine has been my saving grace. Sabine, I can't thank you enough. Your knowledge, guidance, insights and continual affirmations of being our own guru, speaking our truth and of course, welcoming me into your world of supportive, like minded beings has been life changing. These classes are for anyone, any age or any persuasion and once you experience it, you will want to be a part of it always. Thank you Sabine.

  Kundalini yoga is my favourite form of yoga! I love how Sabine explains how each move helps different parts of your body and I love how I feel at the end of each class! :)
