  The worst place doing this. I got hair removal for my whole body and ain 7th session I noticed that I was missing parts of my eyebrows and after they damaged my skin on my bikini which had become darker in parts and had dark spots. Because what happened to my eyebrows I went through very hard time and depression and I'm still feeling bad when I look at the mirror because i used to have perfect eyebrows. They don't know what they are doing and when you talk to them they don't do anything and there's not really much can be done when something like this happens.

  I did laser hair removal (2 sessions) for the bikini area and I got hyperpigmentations with some permanent scars. The laser burnt my skin and left some dark spots. The staff was not professional as when she did it I felt painful. My skin is a bit darker than before after each session. At the start it was more like a redness and I kept putting the cream that was purchased from the store on it then it was ok but I noticed new marks and a darker tone. I went back to the store and talked to them about it but then the receptionist kept telling me to buy their after care treatment kit and refused to do prepaid credit transfer to other treatment or refund. I did laser hair removal sessions at other laser clinic years ago but it went well and the customer service was way better. I will never come back again!

  I have been going to laser clinics at Rundle mall for over a year now. I am so happy with my results barely any hair on my face and with microdermabrasion my skin literally glows. I absolutely love Sam she's honest and genuine.

  I highly recommend the team at the Adelaide store. Zoi does my treatments and is always excellent to deal with, and very professional. She always tells me what to expect and how to look after my skin at home. The team are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and make me feel welcome and comfortable.
