  I was so disappointed & upset with my Botox treatment at laser clinic east village & how I was treated after. I went in & asked for the smallest amount of Botox, I told her I had a history or my eyebrows dropping from to much Botox & she explained that she would not do to much. I also said I don’t mind a bit of movement as I have small eyes I don’t want them looking any smaller & my brows dropping. She said she completely understood I thought she would to, As for about 20 minutes I repeated what I want & don’t want. My brows dropped after a week even my friends noticing as I had a nice arch in my brows before & was completely gone within week. I have not one bit of movement as well. I went back I. After two weeks & showed her pictures she said I obviously just need less & she will wright it down for me but that she did a normal amount. As someone who complained & has history of brows dropping & small eyes. Why would she do a normal amount & not less when I was stressing the whole appointment about there being to much. Then she said she can offer me a free facial I said how does that help my brows & she said well we can’t. I then said I would like at least half my money back or all of it she said not possible & I could take the free facial or nothing. & she informed me the facial was worth 200. My question why would you give someone a free treatment that doesn’t help the problem they caused & tell them it’s worth 200 but can’t refund even half of the money for the treatment they stuffed up & was also worth less. I left very upset asking for the manager to call me.. she never did. I’ve been in there a few times & never felt welcome & im extremely nice & I still felt frown upon & uncomfortable with there staff. Do not recommend be aware.

  I called today to find out some prices and spoke with encountered Trish. Unfortunately due to Trisha attitude problem and being hung up on I will not be giving laser clinics my business. I'll take my business somewhere that employs approachable, kind staff. Such a sham as i was going to be having alot fone.

  Hi I visited your clinic last Thursday to undergo a leg treatment. When I got home I realized that i suffered 1st degree burn on my legs. I felt uncomfortable and had to use cold water to lessen the discomfort. The clinic is usually good but this time it kind of went wrong.

  Lovely staff. The girls are really great and always have a bubbly approach to everything which makes you feel incredibly comfortable. In regards to the rude review about the manager with the short brown hair, she gave me an amazing chat about having micro-needling the other day and she was super professional and kind. Maybe you need to check your attitude towards the ladies working here before commenting on theirs. Keep up the good work lovelies.
