  Don't waste your time go elsewhere. why is it when I requested access to my superannuation to rent a home for my self was I denied to rent every property that I have ever inspected offering 1000s of dollars in rent in advance don't let them act on your behalf they are obviously allergic to money. I am in talks with lawyers to present your office with documents to seek damages to myself financial physical and mental as a result of not being able to rent not one single property that I had inspected and had the money and means to undertake.

  Leah Jay have always been so efficient and friendly. With a recent break in incident they were so prompt and understanding in dealing with the matter. Even with a small issue (leaking tap) they are straight onto it and always thorough and professional. Best property manager we have had in the 5 years I’ve lived out of home. Would recommend them to anyone.

  I disagree with someone's earlier comment about this company's attention to detail. Incorrect details were posted online and also given false information when called. Then of course the inspection was not as expected. When i called after to inform them to update their details for others i encountered a rude Secretary with attitude with no offer of an apology. Leah Jay has little regard for customer service and i have found this whole experience a waste of time.
