::Been to this salon twice so far. 1st time getting a lash lift and it’s was great! 2nd time after 15weeks (roughly) went back to get a touch up. At the end of the appointment after being asked if I was happy with the results. I brought up the fact that the lashes were not evenly permed/curled, that one eye’s lashes were higher than the other. The beautician insisted they were the same etc. The more curled lashes snapped after 1week. Leaving my one with half a set of lashes .

::Was on holidays and looked for a place back/chest wax. Had to wait in reception 15 minutes passed my booking time and when shown to the treatment room had to wait about another 5 minutes for the girl to come in (I think she was finishing off her lunch). While the girl was very friendly, I felt she was just rushing through as it did not take her too long. When finished I felt there was a bit of residual wax left on but didn’t really pay much attention. It wasn’t till I got home and took my shirt off (or at least I tried to, it was literally stuck on my shoulder), that I saw how much wax there was and also that there were still a lot hairs left on my shoulders and that my shirt had a large wax stain on it. I rang the next day and in fairness, the girl who answered did offer to re-do my shoulders and gave me advise on how to remove the stain. I was not able to go back when she suggested and the advice she gave about removing the stain did not work. One good shirt ruined. More care and attention to detail needed by the girl who treated me. Needless to say I will not return to this place and have nothing good to say about it.

::Went in today for a lash tint and eyebrow wax. Will never be going there EVER AGAIN. Ladies were rushing between my sister and I and left us in our rooms by ourselves multiple times. My lash tint had no impact and made my lashes crusty and some fell out. As for my eyebrows, I asked the therapist to tidy them up and even showed her a photo requesting for them to stay thick and bushy. They did the opposite. My eyebrows are now thin and the hair is gone. Service here is awful and they do not listen to what you ask. Do not go here.

::The pacific fair store has amazing customer service! Highly recommend to everyone, quick service and affordable. Always seem to quickly fit me in for my walk in if not just on the spot! The staff who work there are so nice and helpful great job in a quick time and low price. 10/10
